Day 7, 6:30 AM - Has it been a week already?
Day 7, 6:15 PM - The wierdest thing happened. I back in to my driveway with (Sponsor's Name Here)'s Official Son, Mitten, riding shotgun. I turn off the car and he jumps out and shouts "Parking, five dollars!". I tell him not to be such a DM (aka Dorkus Millorkus). He says "Dad, some guy wants to park". Sure nuff, I even recognized the truck of one of my first parkers last week Thursday. I am still in professional dress, and I happily take his money.
Day 7, 7:30 PM - It must have been a busier day at the Fair, as I park four cars in about 90 minutes.
Day 7, 11:00 PM - As I surf the net aimlessly before starting this post, I read something interesting. If accurate, it may add creedance to my feelings which I commented on a couple of times this week in which I mentioned that there doesn't seem to be a buzz to the State Fair this year. Read Kevin Fischer's
blog entry from Tuesday on FranklinNOW.
I still think that attendance at the Fair the next four days will be huge.
